These Terms govern your use of the DeepWeb web application and API (the "Service"), operated by Gander ECommerce Technologies ("Gander", "we", "us"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
DeepWeb provides AI-powered web search, URL content extraction, site mapping and crawling, and multi-step research reports through a web interface and a programmatic API. Features and quotas depend on your plan.
Search results, extracted content, and AI-generated answers or reports originate from third-party sources; you are responsible for how you use them, including compliance with copyright and database rights. The Service, the DeepWeb and Gander names and logos, and all underlying software remain the property of Gander or its licensors.
Answers and research reports are generated by AI models and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided for information only and are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Verify important information against primary sources.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gander's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party content and websites.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
